Sales, Compensating Use & Estimated Tax Workshop

There will be two segments to this workshop:
Sales & Use Tax: This segment explains the differences between the Kansas Retailers’ Sales Tax, the Kansas Retailers’ Compensating Use Tax and the Kansas Consumers’ Compensating Use Tax. You will be given a basic understanding of the goods and services subject to sales tax. It will also explain the record keeping and filing requirements, form preparation, and how to use exemption certificates.
Estimated Tax: This segment explains what estimated taxes are and provides the requirements and procedure for paying Kansas estimated income tax.
