School of Business Admission Requirements
- Students admitted to the School of Business in the Fall of 2008 and later must have a cumulative GPA of 2.35.
- All students taking upper-level (300+) business classes (prefixes: AC, BE, BU, FI, IS, MG, MK) must have been admitted to the School of Business. Admission to the School of Business requires the following:
- Completion of 51 hours
- Completion of the following courses:

AC 223 Financial Accounting |
| * Students must earn a grade of “C” or better in Composition I and II |
- Completion or current enrollment in the following courses:
| *BC 104 Principles of Economics II |
*IS 213 Management Info Systems |
| SP 101 Public Speaking |

| * Not required for Business Education Majors |
- All business students who have not been admitted to the School of Business are classified as Pre-Business majors (BUP). The student’s major will be changed to the student’s choice when the student is admitted to the School of Business.
