Jose A. Urgiles has established this scholarship to support a belief in the importance of higher education and to provide an educational opportunity to students who are pursuing a degree in the School of Business. First preference to single parents who are high school graduates of Emporia High School.
- Must be majoring in an academic program within the School of Business
- Financial need as determined by the FAFSA
- Minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA
- One page essay “How education can change my life”
