- Steps to enrolling in MBA Program
- Complete a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field from Emporia State University or other AACSB accredited institution
- Complete Application for Admission to Graduate Study and submit to Office of Graduate Studies
- Pay application fee to Office of Graduate Studies or Office of International Education
- Complete the GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test)
- Meet the minimum GPA requirements for graduate admission (2.5 undergraduate)
- Complete a degree plan in consultation with the MBA director
- visit the MBA Office (208 Cremer Hall) for individual GPA and GMAT score requirements

Major Field Test Incentive Program
The School of Business has established an incentive program for undergraduate business majors enrolled in MG473 and MBA students enrolled in MG899 taking the Major Field Test. Visit www.emporia.edu/business/mft.php to register or to learn more about the Major Field Test.
- Incentive Program for Undergraduate Major Field Test in Business
- Public recognition of the top 10 scorers.
- A certificate awarded to the five students earnings the highest scores.
- The name of the highest scorer will be placed on a permanent plaque in a prominent location in Cremer Hall.
- $300 scholarship to the students who are among the five highest scorers on the MFT and who also enroll in the ESU MBA or MS in Accounting and Information Systems program. Those who score in the top five on the MFT and who do not enroll in the ESU MBA or MS in Accounting and Information Systems program will receive $150 awards.
