Jan (Biles) Steinert

Jan has been with Spirit AeroSystems since its beginning in June 2005. Prior to that, she was employed by The Boeing Company in Wichita, Kansas in the Information Technology organization. She has managed several different application and infrastructure support organizations during her career. Jan has played a leadership role in several large scale ERP software and process implementations that occurred both in Boeing and in Spirit.
Jan’s current responsibilities involve providing IT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support for the different Spirit AeroSystems business segments. Her teams provide a point of contact for the business to use regarding the different services IT provides for both on-going sustaining support and new business initiatives.
Jan, a Kansas native, received her Bachelor of Science in IT Senior Manager, CRM Business Administration from Emporia State University in Wichita, KS. May 1980. She has a continued relationship with ESU by serving on the Accounting & Information Systems (AIS) Advisory Council and the ESU Foundation Board.
Jan is an active member of First Evangelical Free Church in Wichita and holds a leadership position in Bible Study Fellowship. She is married and her husband Randy is currently Senior Vice President/Auditor for Emprise Financial Corporation in Wichita.
