Brad Minear

Sales Associate

Coldwell Banker
Wichita, KS

Brad Minear is a Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Stucky and Associates in Wichita, Kansas. During his time at Coldwell Banker, Brad has been the recipient of the International President’s Circle Award, a distinction presented to only the top three percent of more than 127,700 sales associates in the Coldwell Banker system. Coldwell Banker has also recognized him with the Top Producing Individual agents for four years (2001, 2005, 2006, and 2008.) Brad has also received the Wichita Area Association of Realtors Masters Circle Award.

Brad is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked in public accounting and the health care field. He has been listed in the Wichita Business Journal “40 Under 40.”

Brad was the founder of the “Homes Giving Hope” program which was designed to provide financial resources and public awareness for six local charitable organizations and four national / international charitable organizations.

Brad and his wife, Dawn, have three children, Hayley, Ryan, and Cale, and live in Andover, Kansas.
