Beta Gamma Sigma Initiation

The Emporia State University Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma held its 2007 initiation on Monday, April 16, in the Kanza Room of the Memorial Union just prior to the School of Business 2007 Honors Banquet. Seventeen individuals were included in the 2007 class of initiates. The new members are:

Dr. Zane Swanson, Chapter President, presided over the initiation. BGS members Blake Fiene, Enilda Romero, and Ashley Boczek assisted with the initiation ceremony. Dean Robert Hite recognized the Chapter?s honorary initiate, Mr. Ed. Eilert.

Chapter Past President, Dr. Tom Slocombe, presented the Gamma Sigma Scholarship for 2007 ? 08 to Enilda Romero assisted by Courtney Stevens, the 2006 -07 scholarship recipient. Dr. Donald Miller and Dr. William Remington, assisted with the distribution of pens and certificates.
