David Robertson Recognized as a 2006 ESU Distinguished Alum

The School of Business hosted a reception for 2006 Distinguished Alum Dave Robertson on Saturday, October 14 in the Koch Student Lounge in Cremer Hall. Mr. Robertson is a May 1984 graduate of the School of Business receiving the Bachelor of Science in Business degree with a major in Business Administration. In 2005, Dave was named president and chief operating officer of Koch Industries, Inc. Koch is the largest privately held business in the world.

During the reception, a short ceremony was held to recognize Dave and to have his picture placed in the School of Business Distinguished Alumni Gallery. Interim President John Schwenn and Director of Alumni Relations Roy Mann formally presented Dave with his Distinguished Alumni plaque. Accompanied by his wife, Kathy, and children, Dave acknowledged his parents, teachers, coaches, and Koch colleagues as those instrumental in his professional achievements.
