School of Business - Emporia State University

Johnson County - How to Enroll

To apply to ESU

  1. Set up a meeting to meet with an admission counselor at the Metro Learning Center (MLC). You can do this by calling 913-338-4378 or stopping by the ESU Metro Learning Center. Be sure to bring an unofficial copy of transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended.
  2. All transcripts will be sent to the Business Advising Center on campus at Emporia State University. They will be evaluated and you will receive a letter showing the results of that evaluation. The letter will also state what semester you will be starting with the School of Business at the MLC and will let you know what classes you should be taking to fulfill the admission requirement of the School of Business.
  3. The MLC will contact you about applying for admission prior to enrollment. You will be notified when you should apply and when enrollment will begin.
