Dr. Kenneth Gaeddert is a microbiologist and immunologist. His research interests concern the relationship between infectious agents and a host's immune response. He is curious about the effect of an ongoing primary infection or chronic disease (i.e., the host response associated with either) on a subsequent immune response against an infectious agent. Additionally, he is interested in the affective and cognitive sequela associated with perennial allergies.
