  • Take care of your body.
  • Sleep at least eight hours a night at least four nights a week.
  • Learn and use good time management techniques.
  • Take time off for yourself.
  • Tell people no.
  • Choose your battles.
  • Focus on the positive rather than the negative.
  • Seek advice when you think it is necessary.
  • Do something for others.
  • Do one thing at a time.

  • Exercise.
  • Remember that the past is a memory and the future is a mystery and you can only do something about the present.
  • Create a quiet place for meditation or relaxation and use it daily.
