December 4, 2007 – Five Hornet volleyball players were named the MIAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll. The Hornets went 27-9 on the season which ended in the regional semi-finals and a final ranking of 15 th in the nation.
Student athletes are named to the list under the following criteria: 1.) The student athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or better at the qualifying institution; 2.) The student athlete must have at least two terms of attendance at the member school, excluding summer sessions; 3.) The student athlete must be a sophomore, junior or senior in athletic eligibility; 4.) Student athletes inactive due to redshirt or hardship qualification are not eligible.
