July 16, 2008-Emporia State All-American jumpers took part in the Emporia High Jump Euphoria exhibition on Wednesday night in downtown Emporia. The event was held in conjunction with the Farmer's Market and as a prelude to the weekly "Live in the Lot" events.

Alex Pyle cleared 6-10 while Craig Saalfeld went over 6-8 during the combination clinic and exhibition of top high jumpers around the Emporia area. Jennifer Robinson jumped 5-6 before retiring from the event while Brooke Kent cleared 5-5 which would be a personal best had the event been an NCAA sanctioned competition rather than an exhibition.

After the conventional high jumping ended the athletes used a spring board with Robinson clearing 6-10 while Pyle went over 8-0.25 with the added spring.
