ESU TRACK HAS FINAL TUNE-UP FOR MIAA CHAMPIONSHIPS
February 23, 2008-The Emporia State track and field team had their final tune-up for the MIAA Championships with the throwers competing at the KSU Open in Manhattan, Kan. on Saturday.
Damon Birk had the best individual performance for ESU on the day, finishing fourth in the shot put.
The Hornets will compete at the MIAA Championships on Friday and Saturday at Missouri Southern’s Leggett & Platt Center in Joplin, Mo.
