Note that the 10k will be Friday evening at 6:45 pm.
Entries: Entries must be done ONLINE. Entries will be accepted beginning Sunday, April 5, 2009 and must be declared by 12:00 (noon) Wednesday, April 8 . Additions and changes may be made up until 12:00 (noon), April 8. All Declarations are to be made on-line. All declarations are final as of 12:00 (noon) Wednesday, April 8.Please follow these directions.

Confirmation: Coaches will be able to view the final roster on-line, Thursday, April 9. All entries are final on this date. Scratches after the declaration time must be emailed to dharris@emporia.edu.
Entry Limit: Please enter athletes that can compete at a high Division II level. Meet director has the authority to limit field within reason to stay within time frame of meet. Coaches should be prepared to time athletes in distance events past 8th place. Minimum measured marks will be established based on field.
Entry Fee: $225.00 per team (men and women are separate) for programs that are members of USTFCCCA (otherwise $275.00 per team). Entry fee based on entered athletes. Make checks payable to ESU Athletics. No unattached or open entries are allowed in this meet, only D-II schools. Individual athletes from D-II schools will be charged an entry fee of $15.00. Pay entry fee when picking up packet.
Check-In: Please pick up coaches packets (heat sheets, instructions, scratch form, etc.) in the north concession stand immediately upon arrival (no additions). A revised time schedule will be based on entry numbers.
Weigh In: Throwing implements will be weighed in under the east stands. Hammer weigh in only will be Friday afternoon 2:45-4:00 pm
Shots, Discs, and Javelins will weigh in on Saturday morning from 8:00-9:30 am. Bring all implements at one time; make sure implements are marked with school name.
Awards: Awards to 1st place competitors.
Facilities: A.T.G. Olympic polyurethane surface with eight 42" lanes. Jumping areas are all polyurethane; shot and discus areas are concrete; javelin area is polyurethane.
Spikes: 1/8" or 1/4" spikes only.
Results: Results will be available shortly after the conclusion of the meet at the north concession stand. Results will also be available on the Emporia State Track & Field web-site, www.emporia.edu/athletics/track/.
Scoring: Team scores will be kept: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1. The multi event and the 10k will be included in the scoring to add all of the events scored at the National Championship Meet.
Trainer: Trainers will be available during the meet to administer first aid. Please bring your own athletic tape and other necessary supplies.
Entries: All marks / times must be verified Personal Bests (PRs).
