#11 ESU FINISHES DAY ONE 1-1 IN ABILENE
February 7, 2008 -- The #11 ESU softball team finished day one 1-1 in the Abilene Christian Tournament in Abilene, Texas. The Hornets won game one over #9 St. Mary's 5-4 before dropping game two 12-4 to host Abilene Christian.
Miranda Campbell was one for two with two runs scored and two RBI in the ball game for the Hornets. Megan Dennis struck out four in the ball game for the Hornets.
ESU will now play tommorow against Northeastern State in the 10 a.m. game tomorrow in Abilene.
