HORNET SOCCER FALLS 4-1 AT HOME TO UCM
Sarah Anderson scored the lone Hornet goal, her firs of the season in the 77th minute. Lauren Cathey added her first assist of the season as she centered a pass to Anderson who scored from 40 yards out. The UCM goals came in the 50th, 62nd, 77th and 87th minutes. Nikki Schmitz had seven saves for the Hornets in the match.
The Hornets will be on the road next Thursday, Oct. 1 at Missouri Southern for a 7 p.m. kick-off.
