HORNET SOCCER FALLS ON THE ROAD AT TRUMAN
September 19, 2009 -- ESU only got one shot off as the Bulldogs got 29 in a 3-0 loss in Kirksville. Lauren Cathey had the only shot of the game for the Hornets as Nikki Schmitz had eight saves for ESU.
The Bulldog goals came in the 40th, 59th and 89th minutes.
ESU will return home on Sept. 24 to face Southwest Baptist. The match is set for a 4 p.m. from ESU Pitch.
