Gary Manuel
Runningbacks
Gary Manuel coaches the running backs and special teams at Emporia State.
He was the running back/quarterback coach at Kilgore (Texas) JC during the 2005 and 2006 seasons. He was also in charge of special teams at Kilgore.
He began his coaching career at his alma mater, Northwest Oklahoma State, as running back and quarterback coach from 2001-2004. The Rangers were the NAIA national runners-up in 2003 and won 37 games during his time as an assistant.
He was a four year letterwinner for Northwest Oklahoma and earned all-conference honors as a senior in 2000.
