HORNET LINEBACKERS CONTINUE INTERVIEW SCHEDULE
August 10, 2009-The linebackers will be the focus for the second day of the 2009 training camp interview schedule for Emporia State on Monday, August 10 outside the Lakeview Cafeteria.

Katrel Larkins was the Hornets leading tackler last season with 80 stops on the year. He played the entire year at linebacker after splitting time at wide receiver, safety and linebacker during his first two years at ESU.

Nathan Linsey recorded 37 tackles with 3.0 tackles for loss last season.

Matt Rosenhamer is moving into the linebacker corps after starting ten games a defensive end last season.

Blake Ringwall had 40 tackles despite missing the first three games with a knee injury. He was an honorable mention All-MIAA selection as a sophomore.

Hutchinson CC transfer Vince Harris should push for playing time after recording 13 tackles for loss for the Blue Dragons last season.
