#14 LADY HORNETS HEAD TO HAWAII WITH A WIN
December 14, 2007-Allie Renberg scored a career high 26 points with 12 rebounds and All-American Michelle Stueve added 24 points and seven boards as the #14 Lady Hornets defeated Central Methodist 111-51 in White Auditorium on Friday afternoon. It is the 55th time ESU has eclipsed the 100 point mark with 37 of them coming under head coach Brandon Schneider.
The Lady Hornets 23 of 23 from the line breaking an MIAA record previously held by Washburn when they went 22 of 22 against Seattle Pacific in 1997.
The Lady Hornets will travel to Hawaii to take on #23 Shaw and Oklahoma Panhandle State in the Hoop'n'Surf Classic. Tip-off against Shaw is set for 4 p.m. (HST) in Honolulu.
