HORNET MEN FALL TO #12 CENTRAL MISSOURI

February 4, 2009-Emporia State was held to under 60 points in White Auditorium for just the fourth time under David Moe in an 82-58 loss to #12 Central Missouri on Wednesday night. Lamar Wilbern led ESU with 16 points before fouling out. Robert Moores was the only other Hornet in double figures, finishing with 11 points.

UCM had six players in doble figures led by De'Andre Byrd and Joe Young with 14 points each.

ESU will now begin a three game road trip when they travel to Neb.-Omaha on Saturday. Tip-off from Sapp Fieldhouse in Omaha is set for 3:30 p.m.
