BOOK, TEGTMEIER NAMED TO COMMISSIONER'S ACADEMIC HONOR ROLL

March 24, 2008 -- Hornets men's basketball players Wes Book and Caleb Tegtmeier were named to the MIAA Men's Basketball Commissioners Academic Honor Roll. 

Book and Tegtmeier are both Emporia natives and both just finished their senior season's. Book finished his career as a member of the 1,000 points club and averaged 14.5 points and 5.3 rebounds this season in limited playing time due to injury. Tegtmeier finished the season first in the MIAA in three-point percentage and averaged 11.5 points and 5.4 rebounds per game on the season.
