HORNETS ALTER WEEKEND SCHEDULE
February 9, 2010 -- The #1 Emporia State baseball team has altered it's baseball schedule for the weekend. The Hornets were scheduled to play at Drury, but will now play at home this weekend. #1 ESU will open on Friday, Feb. 12 at 11 a.m. when they face Arkansas Tech. They will then play at 1 p.m. against Southwest Baptist. Full Release

HORNETS ARE PRESEASON #1 IN NATION
December 21, 2009-For the first time in school history, the Emporia State baseball team will open the season ranked #1 in the nation according to the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper Pre-season poll.
