EMPORIA STATE BASEBALL, SOFTBALL WEB CASTS BEGIN THIS WEEKEND

April 3, 2008-Beginning this weekend Emporia State baseball and softball fans around the world will be able to listen to the nationally ranked Hornet teams through www.kvoe.com.  The first of six baseball web casts will be on on Friday night when #6 ESU takes on Ft. Hays State at 5 p.m. in a single nine inning game.  The #22 ESU softball team gets the first of their four games on the web on Saturday with a doubleheader against Southwest Baptist.
Emporia State is one of seven schools in the nation to have both their baseball and softball teams ranked in the top 25 in this week's NFCA and ABCA national polls.
