Includes President of Associated Student Government as well as the Vice President. The President stands as an advocate for students to policy-makers, University administration, and acts as an intermediary between faculty and students. The Vice President is responsible for the operations of the Senate and serves with the President as a liaison to the faculty.

Staff Membership
Includes Legislative Director, Treasurer, Public Affairs Director and Election Commissioner. Legislative Director attends regular meetings, organizes events with a political basis to ultimately monitor state and city legislation that concerns ESU students. Treasurer works with student organizations in regards to their funding, manages the monetary funds available to ASG, and prepares regular reports to organizations and ASG. Public Affairs Director serves as the laison between media outlets and Associated Student Government, and also works to promote ASG and it's services to students. Election Commissioner leads the elections, enforces the election regulations, and is responsible for publicizing the elections.

Senate
Senate is made up of senators from the college of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Business, and Teacher's College. It also is represenative of Graduate Students and students at large. Senate makes up the following committees: Fiscal Affairs, Senate Operations, and Campus and Community Relations (CCR). Fiscal Affairs is responsible for administrating funds, allocations to organizations, line item requests, and reserve fund requests. Senate Operations reviews all matters pertaining to the Student Senate. Campus & Community Relations takes charge of promotional or service projects, publicity, and maintaining the rights and responsibilities of students. CCR also researches the needs of the Associated Students and creates legislation designed to address those needs.
