Crystal Wintle, Admissions Counselor
My name is Crystal Wintle and I graduated from Emporia State in May 2007. I am the newby to the Admissions Department, but so far it has been a great experience. In college, I was a resident assistant on campus for two years and loved to participate in intramural sports. My husband, Bobby, and I live in the university family housing, but we are really looking forward to buying our first house. In the meantime, we enjoy cycling, camping, and just being outdoors.

I chose Emporia State because: for some reason it just felt like where I needed to be

My top three CD’s of all time are (in no particular order): The Everglow by Mae, Let it Die by Feist, Give Up by The Postal Service
The best reason to get involved on campus is: to build relationships and community with all the cool people
New students should never leave home without: a laundry bag to take your dirty clothes back home
My favorite class at ESU was: Physics I and II with Dr. Keith....he was so passionate and energetic about teaching and learning

In my spare time, I like to: ride my bicycle, hang out at local coffee shops, watch live music, bake, and garden
As I walked across the stage at graduation, I thought to myself: when is this ceremony going to end?!?
If I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be: peanut butter
If you had never read this, you wouldn't know that I: rode my bike across Oklahoma last summer and am making it a goal to do a different state every year.
If money were no object, my future plans would be to: build a new house
The BEST part about my job is: hanging out with all of the awesome prospective students!!
