ESU Police & Safety
- Officers have the same authority and responsibilities as all commisssioned police officers
- Other services provided:
- Courtesy First-Aid
- Jump start
- Escort
- Lock out
- Programs (based on requests)
- Gun storage

- Located on northeast side of the football stadium
Parking
- Permits:
- On campus living: Green ($75/year) or Grey ($50)
- Off campus living: Violet ($75/year) or Grey ($50)
- Replacement fee: $5.00
- Violation fees range from $5.00 to $50.00
- Can be appealed, but $5.00 is added to fee if not appealed or paid within 14 days.
- If not paid, a hold is placed on transcript and cannot enroll in next semester until holds are paid.
- Three unpaid tickets leads to a wheel lock, (a.k.a. the boot) which costs $25 for removal, plus pay all outstanding tickets. Subject to be towed if not paid within 72 hours.
- Residence Halls Parking:
- Permit request forms included in housing assignment mailed late June/early July
- ESU Parking for students living off-campus:
- Must go to the Parking Department to fill out this request.
- Meters
- Located throughout campus
- Enforced Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Some loading zone meters by residence halls are enforced 24/7
