Online Scholarship Application

Scholarships are supported by ESU Alumni, ESU faculty and staff and friends of ESU. Funding of certain portions of these scholarships is specific. Please fill out the application and mark all as appropriate to apply for a Hornet or General Scholarship.

This scholarship application may be used by students starting at Emporia State in January 2013, August 2013 or January 2014.

After completing this application please choose "Submit" below. If you have questions, please contact the Admissions Office at 877-468-6378 or email go2esu@emporia.edu. You may also print the application and return it to the Admissions Office, MU 105, Campus Box 4034, 1200 Commercial, Emporia, Kansas 66801 by mail or fax (620-341-5599). The Priority Date is Friday, February 15, 2013, 5 PM for students starting fall 2013. In addition, send unofficial high school transcripts and ACT scores if you’re a high school student, and send official incomplete transcripts from all colleges attended if you’re a transfer student.

By submitting this form, I understand the following conditions regarding any scholarship I may be awarded:

1. Awards may be adjusted based on final official transcripts.

2. Awards are based on full-time enrollment of 12 credit hours or more per semester.

3. I must complete at least 10 hours with a 2.5 GPA on spring 2013 classes to be eligible for fall 2013. If stating at Emporia State fall 2013, I must complete at least 10 hours with a 2.5 GPA on to be eligible for spring 2014.

4. I may be asked to write a thank you note to the donor who contributed to my scholarship.
