This scholarship is to provide an opportunity for individuals to pursue an education in an area of healthcare in:

• pharmacy
• laboratory
• radiology
• respiratory therapy
• physical therapy
• nursing
• other applicable non-clinical healthcare fields.

Award Range: $500--$1000

Each year, the Auxiliary scholarship committee determines how many students qualify for the scholarship. Students must reapply for scholarship renewal.

Applicants must:

• provide proof of enrollment at Emporia State University
• be pursuing a degree and/or certification leading to a health-related career
• maintain a minimum cumulative 2.70 GPA

Students from the following counties are eligible to apply:

• Lyon
• Chase
• Greenwood
• Osage
• Morris
• Coffey

Application Period:

The application will open May or June.
