VISIT CAMPUS
We’ve been researching a better way for students to check out our campus from the comfort of their own home. So far, we talked about creating a new website that would allow students to jump through the computer screen into a 3-D ESU campus, but most computer screens aren’t high-tech enough to pull it off. We considered digging up the entire campus, loading it on a flat-bed trailer, and driving it to your house, but that would take a lot of shovels!
At the end of the day, we decided that the best way for students to get a feel for what it’s like on the ESU campus is to be on the ESU campus.
That’s why we offer campus visits every Monday through Friday, beginning at 10:30, and select Saturdays each semester, beginning at 9:00. While we do suggest visiting campus during the week to get a true sense of what it is like to be a student at Emporia State, we do understand that you have busy lives! So we can always work around your schedule to find a visit day that works best for you! When you visit during the week, you will get admissions and financial aid information from one of our Admissions Counselors , tour the residence halls, eat lunch in the cafeteria, go on a full campus tour with one of our Student Ambassadors , and meet with an advisor in your academic area of interest. If you can’t visit during the week, we can still do the admissions and financial aid information, residence hall tour, campus tour, and lunch in the cafeteria on Saturdays!
